You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, breach, or suspected breach of your account. Kriora.com shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Usage Limits & Permitted Use

We currently do not enforce specific rate limits, but we reserve the right to impose usage caps or throttling at any time without notice. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Infringe upon intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Disseminate malicious code, spam, or abusive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse our software

All usage is billed in accordance with the current pricing plans posted on our website. Payments are processed through Stripe. All charges are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing, billing methods, or subscription models at any time upon notice (via email, account notification, or website update). You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges associated with your use of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service—including all software, APIs, algorithms, documentation, and underlying technologies—are and will remain the exclusive property of Kriora.com and its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted to you except as expressly set forth in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kriora.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Any content or data transmitted through your API key

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.

8. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination:

• Your API key will be disabled
• All rights granted to you under these Terms will cease
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or liabilities
• We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from suspension or termination

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Kriora.com is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

You waive any objection to the venue or jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.
